We continue with our courgette (zucchini) mission, a friend suggested this recipe from skinny taste and they were really good. We had them with veg sticks, some nachos, cucumber yoghurt dip and avocado dip. Another courgette recipe to add to the file!
I am growing zucchini this year so I will be trying this recipe.
