Yesterday I was super busy but I did manage to make some hot cross buns which is what we ate for breakfast this morning, ohhh so good and it is not to late to make some. I used my standard recipe (here) and because I am lazy busy, I just throw everything into the bread machine and let it to it's magic. Once the dough is done, roll it into balls, add the cross on top and pop them in the oven for 10 minutes. I might have to make another batch today!
