In a nutshell

Today we are back in Japan and visiting a fellow foreign-mom-married-to-a-Japanese-guy blogger. Jen is a fellow bookaholic and is a great resource for finding books for kids, she also has a big interest in bilingualism so if that is something you are dealing with be sure to have a poke around on her blog! 

I think Jen sums up my whole philosophy behind the book in a nutshell when she said…

I am a full-time working mom living in the sticks of southern Japan and there wasn't a single activity in this book we weren't able to prepare for, and I can't say that about any other activity book or magazine I've bought for my kids, so this gets a two thumbs up from mama!

Off to South Africa...

How much do I wish this tour wasn't just a virtual one! Today we are off to meet se7en + 1, a homeschooling family in South Africa. Their blog is jam packed full of great ideas that are perfect for homeschooling or just taking on their own as stand alone projects.

Welcome To The Book Tour

As much as I would like to hit the road, rock up at cool indie bookstores and do book signings, the chances of that actually happening are very slim. So instead we are going to do an international bloggy book tour, whoo-hoo!
