Snow Dome tutorial

This is a nice easy winter project to do.
You will need...hot glue gun, small waterproof decoration that fits in the jar, I used one made of glass, a jar and lid, water, scissors, glitter, piece of ribbon, a small helper.

Get your helper to put a small spoonful of glitter into the jar

Get your small helper to fill up the jar with water, do not fill right to the top.

Use the glue gun to attach the decoration to the inside of the jar lid - if you are doing the craft with a small child, I recommend that you prep this in advance so there is little waiting time for the next step. Make sure the ornament is fixed firmly. This coloured glue may look pretty but doesnt hold as well as the clear stuff.

Screw the lid onto the jar tightly.

Turn the jar upright and glue around the edge of the jar sealing it well, add a piece of nice ribbon to make it look pretty.

Shake well and let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.....
