We have joined the muffin tin revolution

Yes, Saturday is now officially 'muffin tin dinner' night and if BabyEbi had his way every other night would be too. Even though we have it Saturday I will post on a Monday, so here we are....


L-R Terriaki chicken mini kebabs, alphabet cookies, mini tomatoes, bean sprouts

cheese, cucumber, pretzels, wholemeal raisin pancake

more wholemeal raisin pancake, raisins (as demanded by someone), yellow pepper, mini grapes

We have lots of those little bento forks and sticks which are great for making a dinner a bit more exciting. I should add that the tin is for mini muffins so there isn't THAT much food really.
