Muffin Tin Breakfast

This is the first time I have done a Muffin Tin for breakfast, Ebi-kun asked for a muffin Tin Dinner when A-kun stayed over, for an easy life I just wanted to make one meal for dinner so instead I surprised them with breakfast.
Top From L-R Yoghurt with a few sprinkles, toast, golden kiwi
Bottom L-R More kiwi, boiled egg in the shape of a car, cheerios
and it was washed down with a glass of milk

The weather is awfully muggy at the moment, hot and humid most days, today is a bit better because it is cooler but it is raining, I really can't be doing with it, makes me sleepy and grumpy to boot. It is next to impossible to do the laundry and everything goes mouldy, blah, grumble, grumble..... made a new header to cheer me up, hope you like it :o)

  1. Very cute! Breakfast is a challenge these days - I should try something like this. I like your new header and am impressed you can just whip one up like that!

  2. How on Earth do you boil an egg in the shape of a car?! That's amazing!

  3. This looks so appetizing. I am going to have to try it with my children.

  4. I, too, would like to know how an egg is boiled into the shape of a car. I have a couple of teenagers who would still get a kick out of eggs cooked like that.

    Great post!

  5. ahhh look like I am going to have to spill the funny shaped eggs secret!
I have egg moulds, yep, special moulds... hard boil your egg as normal, peel it while it is still hot, pop it in the mould, close it then but it in a bowl of cold water for about 10 mins. I usually do that first then get on prepare the rest of the meal, open the mould and
    taa-daa car/rabbit/bear/fish egg :o)

If you are interested I can pick up moulds for you, just drop me a line.

  6. I love the breakfast tin. The egg moulded egg is wonderful.

  7. Fun meal. And I do like your blog header. Your blog always looks cute, though.

  8. Yummmmm! I love breakfast tins!
