A Fancy Muffin Tin Dinner

I would like to claim I made this but we had bought a bento. Ebi-kun also wanted a muffin tin dinner so I just put the bits in a the muffin tin liners.

Starting from 12 o'clock... salmon rice ball, salad, hijiki rice ball, fried chicken, pickled daikon, shumai, rolled omlette, sausage & potato and in the middle cherries and salad.

More muffin tin fun over at the Muffin Tin Mom.

    1. no, not this time. I usually make everything but we were running late so we just picked up a couple of bento's from the supermarket.
Daikon is giant radish, in India it is called mooli.
and sorry, I can't help with the gluten question, I have NO idea.
