A Fancy Muffin Tin Dinner

 

I would like to claim I made this but we had bought a bento. Ebi-kun also wanted a muffin tin dinner so I just put the bits in a the muffin tin liners.


Starting from 12 o'clock... salmon rice ball, salad, hijiki rice ball, fried chicken, pickled daikon, shumai, rolled omlette, sausage & potato and in the middle cherries and salad.

  2. did you handmade any of your items? if so what is daikon? and is your salmon rice ball gluten free? thanks!

    1. no, not this time. I usually make everything but we were running late so we just picked up a couple of bento's from the supermarket.
      Daikon is giant radish, in India it is called mooli.
      and sorry, I can't help with the gluten question, I have NO idea.
