Lemon Bar...

I made lemon bar the other day using this recipe, it was really good but not 'the best ever' it was actually took rich for everyone, I think something a bit lighter suits our family better. I have 3 more lemons waiting to be used, what do you suggest?


  1. Oh, does that look good! Hrm...fresh lemons make amazing lemonade. They're awesome on broiled fish. You can make lemon curd. Lemon meringue pie!

  2. I like to freeze lemon juice in ice cubes, we have a baggie full of them, then you can put them in water on a hot day. Not exactly complicated!

  3. ohhh lemon meringue pie, I haven't had that for years!
