It has been a while! I dusted off the machine yesterday for a couple of little projects, I really wanted a strap for me new fancy camera, the one that came with it was hard and uncomfortable and more importantly UGLY!
I cut the end off the straps off UGLY strap the used some Echino double gauze and just doubled the fabric and again then sewed it up! Simple! So much better and so much cuter!
Next up was the ski goggles bag, we had to buy Ebi-kun new googles last time we went skiing but it didn't come with a bag. Learning how to make these little bags is a great idea because you never know when you are going to need to rustle one up. This literally took me 10 minutes start to finish.
I actually really miss sewing, I think I will assign a day to sewing projects - first up is new living room curtains and cushions...
