Do you ever feel like you are sending the same reply out to people again and again. You know, those frequently Asked Questions, which are often down to people being too lazy to look for the answer or maybe you haven't yet added a FAQ page to the website. Anyhoooo... gmail has the answer, of course it would!

Canned responses - they rock!

These are perfect for those never ending questions that require the same answer and you can set a number of them for different situations. You can either sit and set a few up now or wait until the next time you get aforementioned repetitive email, write the responses and before you hit send, save it as a canned response. Techie Byte - How To Brand Google Forms

I use google forms A LOT! What are they? they are the questionnaires you set up using google drive, there is no limit to the number of questions and you can choose your question format too, great bit of software especially as it's free.

Something that many people don't know is that you can customize the forms to fit your branding! Ohhh yes!

Why would you want to do that?

Branding is really important, you want people to instantly know that something is yours, and that is done by sticking to the same colours, fonts and style throughout your work. Really important for online businesses.

My playlists were driving me nuts, there was some right old crap on there (I think a certain 10 year old had been busy adding things!)
